Intermediate Swim Team Prep Group Class. This 30-40 minute class is designed for swimmers that can swim basic freestyle and backstroke. This class will also introduce butterfly and breaststroke & will have 6 maximum participants.

Advanced Swim Team Prep Group Class. This 50 minute class is designed for swimmers that can swim freestyle, backstroke and basic butterfly & breaststroke. This class will also introduce dives and turns.
